Rev. Roderick L. Maupin was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and is a dedicated servant-leader, pastor, and counselor. A graduate of Nathan Hale High School, he is a proud U.S. Navy veteran who honorably served for 26 years. He has been married for 36 years to his wife, Felecia S. Maupin, a New York native and fellow military veteran with 20 years of service. Together, they are the proud parents of five successful adult children
Rev. Maupin holds a Master of Science in Christian Education and a Doctor of Divinity in Theology, and he is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Rehabilitation and Disabilities Counseling with a concentration in Mental Health. He is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Heart of God Church of Deliverance Outreach International, with thriving ministries in San Diego, California; Tulsa, Oklahoma; Migori, Kenya; and International Christian Chapel in Kumasi, Ghana. His life reflects a steadfast commitment to faith, family, and global outreach, empowering people to experience spiritual growth, healing, and deliverance.
